I. Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of how INFLUXIO Avocats collects and processes your personal data when you use the website www.influxio-avocat.com (hereinafter the "Website").
The protection of your privacy and personal data is a priority for INFLUXIO Avocats. The firm is committed to the following principles:
- Collecting only data strictly necessary for the stated purposes;
- Informing you transparently about the use of your data;
- Processing your data confidentially and securely.
The processing of personal data is governed by:
- French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties (hereinafter the "French Data Protection Act");
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter "GDPR").
I.1. Definitions.
- Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly;
- Data controller: the entity that determines the means and purposes of personal data processing;
- Data processor: a person processing personal data on behalf of the data controller, under its instructions;
- User: any person who accesses and browses the Website, whether as a simple visitor or a client of the firm.
I.2. Identity of the Data Controller.
The data controller is SELARL INFLUXIO Avocats, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 100873769, with its registered office at 74 avenue Kléber – 75116 Paris.
The SELARL is represented by its co-managing partners: Me Alexandre BIGOT JOLY, Me Raphaël MOLINA and Me Maria BERRADA.

I.3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing.
Your data is collected for explicit, legitimate and specific purposes. In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, each processing operation is based on a specific legal basis:
- Managing contact requests, appointment bookings and quote requests - Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);
- Handling your legal, judicial or arbitration case - Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR);
- Managing the commercial relationship and client follow-up - Legal basis: legitimate interest of the firm (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Legitimate interest pursued: ensuring follow-up of the commercial relationship, responding to client and prospect requests, and maintaining quality of service;
- Managing requests to exercise data protection rights - Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR);
- Proper functioning and improvement of the Website - Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Legitimate interest pursued: ensuring the security, availability and continuous improvement of the Website for the benefit of users;
- Compiling traffic statistics (Google Analytics) - Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR);
- Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (Google Ads) - Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
I.4. Data Collected.
INFLUXIO Avocats may collect the following categories of data:
- Identification data: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company, position;
- Commercial relationship data: information requests, exchange history, content of messages sent via the contact form;
- Connection data: IP addresses, connection logs, browsing data;
- Cookies and trackers: session identifiers, language preferences, audience measurement data.
This data is collected in particular:
- When you visit the Website;
- When you submit a contact form;
- During your exchanges with the firm (email, phone, post);
- When booking an appointment or requesting a quote.
I.5. Consent and Mandatory Nature of Data.
All data concerning you is collected directly from you, during your contact requests, your exchanges with the firm and your browsing of the Website.
Where required under the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, INFLUXIO Avocats undertakes to obtain your prior consent before any processing requiring it and to allow you to object to the use of your data for certain purposes.
Mandatory or optional nature of data: data marked with an asterisk (*) in the Website forms is mandatory. The provision of identification data (surname, first name, email address) is contractual in nature: it constitutes a necessary condition for concluding the fee agreement and processing your request. Failure to provide this data will prevent the firm from processing your request. Other data is optional and enables the firm to better respond to your needs.
I.6. Data Recipients.
Only the authorized persons listed below may have access to your data:
- Authorized personnel of INFLUXIO Avocats (lawyers, administrative staff);
- The firm's subcontractors acting on its behalf, including the Website host;
- Relevant courts, mediators, accountants, auditors, bailiffs, in connection with the handling of your case;
- Third parties likely to place cookies on your devices, where you have given your consent (see Cookies section below).
Your data is not communicated, exchanged, sold or rented to any other person than those mentioned above.
I.7. Data Retention Periods.
INFLUXIO Avocats undertakes that the data collected will be kept in a form allowing your identification for a period not exceeding the time necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.
- Prospecting data: your identification data is retained for three (3) years from the last contact with you;
- Client data: your data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for five (5) years from the last legal or judicial action performed by the firm;
- Missed appointments: data is retained for only two (2) weeks;
- Rights exercise requests: your data is retained for one (1) year;
- Identity documents: if you provide a copy of an identity document to exercise your rights, it is retained for one (1) year, or three (3) years in the case of an objection right;
- Audience measurement cookies: stored information is not retained beyond thirteen (13) months. Data collected via these cookies is retained for a maximum of twenty-five (25) months (CNIL recommendation). After this period, it is deleted or anonymized.
I.8. Your Rights.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Article 15 GDPR): obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy;
- Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR): request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR): request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary or when you withdraw your consent;
- Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR): request the suspension of processing in certain circumstances;
- Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds;
- Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR): receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, where processing is based on your consent or a contract;
- Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR): at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- Right to define post-mortem directives: define the fate of your data after your death and choose whether to have it communicated (or not) to a third party you have previously designated;
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Article 77 GDPR).

I.9. Data Protection Officer (DPO).

I.10. Data Security.
INFLUXIO Avocats and its subcontractors undertake to implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing and the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
To this end, the firm takes appropriate precautions, in view of the nature of your data and the risks presented by processing, to preserve data security and, in particular, to prevent data from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of premises, secure authentication processes, encryption of sensitive data, connection logging).
I.11. Automated Decision-Making.
INFLUXIO Avocats does not use automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (Article 22 GDPR).
I.12. Data Transfers Outside the EU.
INFLUXIO Avocats undertakes not to transfer user data outside the European Union, except in the following cases:
- The use of Google Analytics and Google Ads involves data transfers to the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Should other transfers outside the EU become necessary, the firm will inform users and indicate the measures taken to ensure the confidentiality of their data.

INFLUXIO Avocats reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

II. CNIL Complaint.
In accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) if you consider that the processing of your personal data constitutes a violation of the GDPR.
You may file your complaint:
- Online on the CNIL website;
- By postal mail: CNIL – Service des Plaintes – 3 Place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.
Any document supporting the facts described in your complaint may be attached (for example, a copy of correspondence sent to the firm that remained unanswered).
Please note: processing times for complaints may be significant due to the large number of complaints received by the CNIL and the complexity of cases.
III. Cookies.
The website www.influxio-avocat.com uses cookies for operational, analytics, and advertising purposes. The cookies used are as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for website navigation (session, language preferences). Duration: session or 13 months maximum.
- Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics): used to measure website traffic, analyze visitor behavior, and improve the user experience. These cookies are set by Google LLC (United States). Data collected includes pages visited, browsing duration, device type, and traffic source. Cookie duration: 13 months maximum. Data retention period: 25 months maximum (CNIL recommendation).
