Alexandre Bigot-Joly

Co-founding partner of INFLUXIO, Maître Alexandre BIGOT JOLY has worked in business law firms and public institutions where he trained in media and communications law, intellectual property and criminal law.

Maître BIGOT JOLY holds the French bar qualification (CAPA) and degrees in finance, real estate law and general private law. He also completed criminal law coursework at the Institut d'Études Judiciaires of Panthéon Assas University.

Maître BIGOT JOLY lectures on music law, communications law and media law at several leading communications schools (CELSA, ISCOM, ESP).

Admitted to the Paris and Brussels Bars, Maître BIGOT JOLY advises influencers, communications professionals, labels, artists and music producers, in both advisory and litigation matters before all courts. He also practices criminal law, particularly in proceedings related to cyberbullying, defamation and privacy violations.
