Nadine Bitar Fonant

Associate at INFLUXIO, Maître Nadine BITAR FONANT advises her clients in both advisory and litigation matters, primarily in intellectual property, contract law and criminal law.

Holding the French bar qualification and degrees in business law and intellectual property law, she also completed criminal law coursework at the Institut d'Études Judiciaires of Panthéon Assas University.

Before joining the firm, she practiced at a collective copyright management organization in Paris, supporting creators and rights holders on a daily basis in the protection, valorization and defense of their rights.

She also completed several internships at firms specializing in intellectual property and contract law, with a practice focused on supporting artists and talents in securing their collaborations and protecting their image. Maître Nadine BITAR FONANT speaks French, English and Arabic.
