Maria Berrada

Admitted to the Paris Bar and partner at INFLUXIO, Maître Maria BERRADA has recognized dual expertise in intellectual property law and new technologies, both through her training and her practice.

She advises numerous clients on complex issues related to trademark law, domain names, designs & models and all creations eligible for copyright protection.

Her objective is to secure, protect and defend her clients' intangible assets, both in France and internationally. Maître BERRADA also practices software law, data law (GDPR) as a declared DPO with the CNIL, and criminal law applied to new technologies, particularly in matters of digital counterfeiting and cybercrime.

In recent years, her expertise has been complemented by a particularly advanced practice on legal issues related to the emergence of artificial intelligence and Web3, advising startups and large groups on their compliance.

Particularly passionate about the gaming industry, Maître BERRADA is the legal counsel for the French Video Game Federation. She thus supports game development studios, professional players and eSports organizations.

Before joining INFLUXIO, Maître BERRADA worked in Anglo-Saxon firms and in a recognized specialized firm where she held the position of Head of the Intellectual Property & Innovative Industries department. Alongside her practice, Maître BERRADA teaches at EFAP. Maître BERRADA speaks French, English and Arabic.
