Admitted to the Paris Bar, Maître Raphaël MOLINA is a co-founding partner of INFLUXIO and has specialized in intellectual property law and digital law for several years.
He supports his clients by advising them on structuring and optimizing their activities, and by defending their interests in litigation.
Maître MOLINA has particular experience in literary and artistic property, influencer law and commercial litigation, handling cases involving counterfeiting, online fraud and identity theft.
A leading reference in e-reputation matters, Maître MOLINA handles sensitive proceedings on a daily basis: removal of defamatory content, de-indexing, right to be forgotten, and recovery of hacked social media accounts.
He defends executives, public figures, brands and individuals targeted by cyberbullying, identity theft, abusive de-banking or privacy violations, combining urgent civil procedures (référé, ex parte orders) with criminal complaints before specialized jurisdictions.
A central figure of French influencer law, Maître MOLINA advises top-tier content creators, influencer agencies and advertisers on all their legal challenges: compliance with the law of June 9, 2023, partnership agreements, taxation, asset structuring, and defense before the DGCCRF and criminal courts.
Maître MOLINA also played an active role in drafting the French 'influencer law' of June 9, 2023, advising the members of parliament responsible for the bill.
Before founding INFLUXIO, Maître MOLINA worked in renowned French and international firms, notably in Luxembourg and Vietnam, advising major groups and startups.
Maître MOLINA holds the French bar qualification (CAPA) and a Master's degree in international business law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Maître MOLINA speaks French and English.
