Partner and co-founder of INFLUXIO, Alexandre Bigot-Joly has worked in business firms and local authorities where he trained in the practice of media and communication law, and intellectual property and criminal law.

Alexandre Bigot-Joly holds a certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA) and has a degree in finance and real estate law, as well as in general private law. He also studied criminal law at the Institute of Judicial Studies at the Panthéon Assas University.

Alexandre Bigot-Joly works in communication law as well as media law in numerous specialized communication schools (CELSA, ISCOM, ESP).

A lawyer at the Paris and Brussels Bar, Alexandre Bigot-Joly assists actors in the influence, communication, audiovisual, and music industries, both in terms of counsel and in matters of litigation before all courts.

RAPHAËL MOLINA

A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Raphaël Molina is a partner and co-founder of INFLUXIO and has specialized in influence, advertising, audiovisual, and music law for several years.

He assists his clients by advising them in the structuring and optimization of their activities, and by defending their interests in the context of disputes.

Raphaël Molina has particular experience in intellectual property, advertising law as well as business and corporate law.

Raphaël Molina also played an active role in the construction of the “influencers” law of 9 June 2023, by advising the deputies in charge of the text.

Before joining INFLUXIO, Raphaël Molina  worked in renowned French and international firms, particularly in Luxembourg and Vietnam, advising major corporate groups and start-ups.

Raphaël Molina  holds a certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA) and holds a Master's degree in international business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

MARIA BERRADA

Lawyer at the Paris Bar and a partner at INFLUXIO, Maria Berrada has a double recognized expertise in intellectual property law and new technologies law, both in terms of her training and her practice.

She assists numerous clients in complex issues related to trademark law, domain names, designs and models, and any creation that gives rise to the protection granted by copyright.

Maria Berrada's objective is to work for the security, protection, and defense of the intangible assets of her customers, both in France and internationally. Maria Berrada also practices  software law and data law. In recent years, her expertise has been complemented by a practice on topics related to Web3 and Artificial Intelligence.

Particularly passionate about the games industry, Maria Berrada is the legal advisor to the French Video Game Federation. She thus supports development studios, professional players, and eSports structures.

Before joining INFLUXIO, Maria Berrada worked in Anglo-Saxon firms as well as in a renown specialized firm, where she held the position of Head of the Intellectual Property & Innovative Industries department.

In addition to her legal activities, Maria Berrada also teaches at EFAP, training the new generation of digital and innovation professionals in the legal issues of intellectual property and new technologies.
